Welcome to the Course

Hello and a huge warm welcome to this online course.

My aim here is to help you to understand colour and learn to use it more confidently in your sketchbook. 

The course is divided into three main sections:

1. The Introduction and Welcome
2. Colour Theory and Resources
3. Colour Exercises and Tutorials 

Just log into the course portal whenever you want to work on a new lesson, watch the video and follow along!

I recommend that you work through the Introduction lessons first and introduce yourself to the course in the comments on the next lesson. 

The whole course will be available to you right now, so after you have watched this Introduction section, move straight on to the information about colour theory.

I am so excited to take you on a journey into exploring colour. To understanding how it works, observing colour in the world around you and becoming confident using colour in your sketchbook and finished pieces of art.
